Matthew 26:27-29 King James Version (KJV)
27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
Matthew 26:27-29 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
27 Then He took a cup, and after giving thanks, He gave it to them and said, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 For this is My blood that establishes the covenant; it is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins. 29 But I tell you, from this moment I will not drink of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it in a new way in My Father’s kingdom with you.”

27 He knew what He was about to go thru but gave thanks to God any way, we should not be thankful to God only when things are going great but show thanks even in the hard times in our lives.
28 Jesus died for the remission of sins, to remove sins thru forgiveness, we receive Him it is as if we have no sin. The New Testament is sealed in His blood.
29 Jesus not have a chance, this was the last time till He went to the Father that He would have a meal. One day we will have the same chance in glory if we have Him as our Lord.
