Matthew 26:30-32 King James Version (KJV)
30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
31 Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.
Matthew 26:30-32 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
30 After singing psalms, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Peter’s Denial Predicted
31 Then Jesus said to them, “Tonight all of you will run away because of Me, for it is written:
I will strike the shepherd,
and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.
32 But after I have been resurrected, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.”

30 Singing praise is a common form of worship, the song they sung here is not one we sing today but may have been a Psalm or the song of Miriam or something else all together.
31 The disciples were going to scatter and they were going to flee from the Lord, it was to fulfill scripture. Jesus is the Shepherd that was smitten and the sheep of the flock were the disciples.
32 Jesus plainly tells them that He will rise again and meet them. Jesus was no longer talking in parables but was completely clear about what He was going to do and what was going to happen. God is not always working though riddles in our life sometimes He is very clear if we listen.
