Last night in London we witnessed the the 9th night of 10 of intercessory prayer by 450 Koreans who had come to Britain to pray for revival. They were doing this out of appreciation to God that our once Christian country had sent them missionaries, the first one being martyred before he reached the shore from his boat. The Yoido Full Gospel church passed the one million member mark many years ago. The Korean way of prayer, introduced to them by those first English missionaries, was to cry aloud to the Lord. They came to England to pray for us in the way they always pray at home in Korea, crying out to God collectively for His mercy and a pouring out of grace that we repent for turning our back on Him. The 60 second clip below offers you a glimpse of these precious souls pouring themselves out in prayer for people they do not know but for a country they appreciate. I would say to anyone reading this, please pray for the UK. We were once known for our love of God and for sending missionaries to the four corners of the earth. As a nation we have turned our back on Him, embraced foreign gods and self pleasing consumerism. We desperately need to repent and seek His holiness once again.
