Just for clarification (I was asked by a friend today about this), anyone can start a new discussion here.

The site is open to all but the moderators reserve the right to remove posts and threads should they be deemed as inappropriate without having to give an explanation.

Please feel free to start new discussions, we wish this site to an open place of debate and discussion.
