1 Chronicles 16:26-28 King James Version (KJV) 26 For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. 27 Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place. 28 Give unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.
1 Chronicles 16:26-28 Common English Bible (CEB)
26 because all the gods of the nations are just idols, but it is the LORD who created heaven! 27 Greatness and grandeur are in front of him; strength and joy are in his place. 28 Give to the LORD, all families of the nations— give to the LORD glory and power!

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
26 The Lord is the true creator and one and only God, people make gods but they are all idols this does not have to be a graven image but is anything that they put in the place of God, whether it be one self, family or work, anything put before God becomes our god and is an idol.
27 His place is everywhere, we can worship Him any where, where two or more are gather in His name, His presence is there and as believers He has given us His Spirit. Worship is the only thing we can give Him and is something we owe Him but we could never pay our debt, He paid it on the cross for us.
28 We are to give to the Lord but what He wants is us, a relationship with us. He is our strength. He is glory.

Great thoughs for Christmas Clark, idolatry is indeed a huge problem and the world is blinded by it.
Also, I like your thought that we can worship Him anywhere, anytime, He is not constrained.
It is a good time to remember our brothers and sisters languishing in prison for their faith feeling forgotten.
May God bless them with fresh hope and the angels minister to them this Christmas.
Blessings to you and your family this Christmas Clark, peace to your home brother.
