Matthew 24:48-51 King James Version (KJV)
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayed his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 24:48-51 Common English Bible (CEB)
48 But suppose those bad servants should say to themselves, My master won’t come until later. 49 And suppose they began to beat their fellow servants and to eat and drink with the drunks? 50 The master of those servants will come on a day when they are not expecting him, at a time they couldn’t predict. 51 He will cut them in pieces and put them in a place with the hypocrites. People there will be weeping and grinding their teeth.

48 The evil servants only serves for the time he chooses he only serves when it best for him, he allows everything to stop him from serving because he truly has no faith just has a fear of God’s wrath but not enough to truly come to Him.
49 This type will start to serve the world and live as the world as Christians we can never become a part of the world if we have Christ this does not mean we can not backslide into sin but means we are His and no longer the world, this type of servant was never His.
50 If this servant was of the Lord then the Lord would have looked to bring Him back as the father with the prodigal son. This is the type that cries on the Day of Judgment about what they did but the Lord tells them He never knew them.
51 The go to the punishment as the world does, the result of not being His servant is to be in His presence a place without any good because He is good and is not there. We need to be His servants because we love Him, He will keep us going if we are His and not allow us to stay in a life of the world.
