Matthew 25:19-21 King James Version (KJV)
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Matthew 25:19-21 Common English Bible (CEB)
19 “Now after a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. 20 The one who had received five valuable coins came forward with five additional coins. He said, ‘Master, you gave me five valuable coins. Look, I’ve gained five more.’
21 “His master replied, ‘Excellent! You are a good and faithful servant! You’ve been faithful over a little. I’ll put you in charge of much. Come, celebrate with me.’

19 We will all see the Lord face to face one day and have to answer to Him, will we feel we did our all or feel we have come up short.
20 This servant made the most of what he could for the Lord. He took what he was given and used it and it grew. When we are given gifts from the Lord He wants us to use the gifts to serve Him but often times we take the gifts from granted.
21 Being faithful makes the Lord happy with us. The Lord had given him more because he was faithful with little. The Lord may give us more chances to serve Him if we are able to be faithful with what He has given us.
